Public Input Meetings Conducted by Public Transit

 

This meeting is designed to allow for public input which is required for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1970 and National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.

 

Representatives from Dickinson Public Transit and Nelson-Nygaard Associates will be on hand to answer your questions and discuss your concerns.

 

WRITTEN STATEMENTS or comments about this project must be mailed by August 10, 2017, to Colleen Rodakowski, 361 26th Street East, Dickinson, ND 58601 or Email: director@eldercareregion8.org. Note: Please put “Public Input Meeting” in the email subject heading.

 

Public Transit will consider every request for reasonable accommodation to provide:

  • an accessible meeting facility or other accommodation for people with disabilities,
  • language interpretation for people with limited English proficiency (LEP), and
  • translations of written material necessary to access NDDOT programs and information.

 

Appropriate provisions will be considered when the Department is notified at least 10 days prior to the meeting date or the date the written material translation is needed.
